By accessing and using PT Generator (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. PT Generator is operated by Anthony Trivisano and is available at ptgenerator.app.
PT Generator provides an AI-powered platform that generates personalized 8-week fitness training programs based on user inputs. Programs are created using Claude, an AI model by Anthropic, and delivered as downloadable PDF documents. The Service generates training programs only and does not provide personal training, coaching, or medical advice.
PT Generator operates on a one-time payment model with no subscriptions:
All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card information. Payments are non-refundable unless you are unsatisfied with your generated program, in which case you may contact us to request a regeneration or refund. No automatic billing or recurring charges will occur after your initial purchase.
If you are unsatisfied with your generated program, you have two options: (1) we will regenerate your program at no additional cost, or (2) we will issue a full refund. To request either option, please email support@ptgenerator.app with your order details. Regenerations and refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear fraudulent or made in bad faith.
Once purchased, your generated program PDF is yours to keep and use personally. You may print it, download it, and reference it for your own fitness training. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or use the program for commercial purposes. PT Generator retains ownership of the underlying Service, technology, and any templates or methodologies used to generate programs.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider, physician, or certified personal trainer before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have existing health conditions, injuries, or are taking medications.

PT Generator's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your purchase. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
You agree to use PT Generator only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate information during the intake process. Misrepresenting your fitness level, equipment, or medical status may result in a program that is unsuitable for you.
PT Generator reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
